PURPOSE: A device for two-component coating surface and removing a coated layer is provided to facilitate coating without a primer coating process and to remove a precoated layer formed on the inner surface of a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A device for two-component coating surface and removing a coated layer includes: an induction heater(2) which is connected to an induction generator(3) and is closely installed at the coated surface; and a sprayer(1) which is connected to a feed pump and sprays a mixture of a base coating agent and hardener through a spray nozzle(11).
