PURPOSE: A rotary barbecue roaster is provided to clean the oil stain of a roaster by preventing the oil from meats or the ash from charcoal fire from flowed into a rotary plate. CONSTITUTION: A rotary barbecue roaster is comprised of a forward and reverse shift gear(23), forward and reverse driving gears, a hollow shaft, and a gear shift lever(9). The forward and reverse shift gear is installed in the output shaft of a speed reducer(21) and is slid up and down. The forward and reverse driving gears receives power from the lower gear of the forward and reverse shift gear and rotates a main shaft in forward direction. |
