PURPOSE: An arm transferring apparatus for a band sawing machine is provided to prevent malfunction and damage due to the movement of an arm which moves a saw blade to an object. CONSTITUTION: An arm transferring apparatus for a band sawing machine comprises a steering wheel(30), a power transmitting unit, and a fixing unit(70). The steering wheel is installed in an arm(20). The arm is slid along a guide rail(12) of a support(10). The power transmitting unit changes operating force of a steering wheel into the linear motion of the arm. The fixing unit restricts the steering wheel.
