METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING VACUUM INSULATOR BY USING CONTINUOUS PROCESS

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing vacuum insulators by continuous processes is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by improving the productivity of a vacuous insulator by performing continuous processes in one production line. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing vacuum insulators by continuous processes is as follows. A core material(10) is cut in desirable size. The cut core material is transferred to a next-processing using a transfer member. A plurality of envelope materials(20,22) is provided to upper and lower side of the core material. The target vacuum is given to the vacuous insulator in a main chamber(40) by a rotary pump.
