PURPOSE: An inheritance communication management device is provided to simplify user operation if continuously viewing distributed video contents of an image delivery server is watched by a different viewing terminal. CONSTITUTION: A video distributing server for a mobile phone(2) provides video contents to a mobile phone(8). A menu server for a mobile phone(3) provides a video table data to a mobile phone. A video distributing server for network television provides image contents to a network television(9). A menu server exclusively for the network television(5) provides image informing data to the network television. An inheritance communication management server(10) manages watching state of each user.
