METHOD OF INSPECTION INGOT GRINDING WHEEL OF CHANGE TIME

PURPOSE: A device for automatically detecting the exchange timing of ingot grinding materials is provided to enable the only replacement of a wheel without the replacement of ingot. CONSTITUTION: A method for attaching or detaching a housing(1) and a grinding member(2) comprises following steps. A groove for the insertion of the grinding member is formed in a wheel housing. A lock device fixes the groove. The housing and the grinding member are detachably installed in the wheel, so grinding member can be easily replaced. The damaged part of the grinding member is replaced, so the wheel can be reused.
