PURPOSE: A wire lock device comprising an earth sensing circuit is provided to sense the disconnection of a wire without installing a disconnection sensing wire in other wire. CONSTITUTION: A wire lock device comprising an earth sensing circuit consists of a wire(200), a wire head(220) and a lock body. The wire is attached to the bodies of a bicycle and a motorcycle or external facilities. The wire head is connected to the end of the wire and is inserted into the socket(150) of the lock. The lock body is attached to the bodies of the bicycle and the motorcycle in an insulated state and senses the cutting of the wire with an earth sensing circuit. The earth sensing circuit comprises at least one of a current-flow sensing circuit, a resistance measuring circuit and a potential measuring circuit. |
