PURPOSE: A medium composition for culturing oriental lily bulblets is provided to shorten culture period and to obtain the oriental lily of high quality. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for oriental lily bulblets contains: A medium composition for oriental lily bulblets contains: 510~810 ml/l of CaCl_2·2H_2O, 410-610 ml/l of KH_2PO_4, 2800-4000 ml/l of KNO_3, 400-700 ml/l of MgSO_4·7H_2O and 3000-4200 ml/l of NH_4NO_3; 0.010-0.016 ml/l of CoCl_2·6H_2O, 0.10-0.16 ml/l of Na_2MoO_4·2H_2O, 2.4-3.6 ml/l of H_3BO_3, 0.32-0.52 ml/l of Kl, 9.0-13.0 ml/l of MnSO_4·4H_2O and 3.5-5.1 ml/l of ZnSO_4·7H_2O as micro elements, 120-180 ml/l of Myo-Inositol, 0.6-0.9 ml/l of nicotinic acid, 0.1-0.2 ml/l of Thiamine·HCl, 06-0.9 ml/l of Pyridoxine·HCl and 2.4-3.6 ml/l of glycine as organic nutrient.
