PURPOSE: A waste vinyl transfer device of a pyrolysis melting apparatus is provided to increase work efficiency since waste vinyl is supplied to a pyrolysis melting apparatus through a main screw. CONSTITUTION: A waste vinyl transfer device of a pyrolysis melting apparatus comprises a main screw unit(100), a bypassing screw unit(200), a waste vinyl feed screw unit(300), and a compression unit(310). The main screw unit transfers the waste vinyl to a melting furnace by the operation of a main motor(110). The waste vinyl feed screw unit is connected to the bypassing screw unit at a right angle. The compression unit is formed in the connection part of the bypassing screw unit and the waste vinyl feed screw unit.
