PURPOSE: A dual shell type heat covering apparatus for a slab is provided to remove the need of a non-used yard for transferring a heat insulation cover. CONSTITUTION: A dual shell type heat covering apparatus for a slab comprises a plurality of heat insulation covers which are formed on a rail and a second rail(10). The heat insulation covers include one or more outer shell type covers(8). The outer shell type covers move along the second rail while protecting a plurality of heat insulation covers. The second rail is formed wider than the rail.
