PURPOSE: A punching mold device precisely forms a metal thin plate like a mobile phone casing in one process is provided to expose a pin to be contained in a pin groove and to easily replace a punch. CONSTITUTION: A punching mold device comprises a die(20), a stripper(30), a punch holder(40) and a punch(60). The die is installed on the upper side of a rigid frame(10). A forming part(22) of the die is installed by a connection bar. The stripper is installed on the bottom surface of a moving frame(50). A pressing part of the stripper is installed by the connection bar. The punch holder is installed between the stripper and the moving frame. |
