PURPOSE: A cultivation method of a tree using a vinyl bag without burying the tree for mass-producing high quality poria cocos is provided to prevent the contamination by other microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of a tree using a vinyl bag without burying the tree for mass-producing high quality poria cocos comprises the following steps: selecting superior strains of poria cocos; verifying the optimum thickness and length of raw wood of pine tree when inserting into the heat-insulated vinyl bag; injecting the superior strains of the poria cocos to the raw wood inside the vinyl bag, and cultivating; and controlling the light, the humidity, and the ventilation.
