PURPOSE: A pressure cyclic type extractor and a method thereof are provided to prevent the discoloration, flavor reversion, thermal denaturalization of a material. CONSTITUTION: A pressure cyclic type extractor includes an extracting unit(100), a pressurizing unit(200), and a decompressing unit(300). The extracting unit stores and extracts an object. The pressurizing unit increases the internal pressure of the extracting unit. A pressure reducing unit reduces the internal pressure of the extracting unit. The internal pressure is increased or decreased by sequentially operating the pressurizing unit and the pressure reducing unit. The bubbling nozzle(111) of the extracting unit supplies bubbles to the object.
