PURPOSE: A structure of an air conditioner case for fixing a heater core of a vehicle is provided to flexibly fix a heater core to both side of a mounting part of the air conditioner case using protrusions. CONSTITUTION: A structure of an air conditioner case for fixing a heater core of a vehicle comprises a mounting unit(10) and a protrusion(20). The both ends of the heater core are inserted into the mounting unit. The protrusion is projected to both sides of the mounting unit. The protrusion comprises an elastic support(30). The elastic support comprises a foundation unit.
