THE NEW TYPE SEED WIRE EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: The change of a seed-wire structure in a silicon mono-crystal growing unit is provided to reduce cost required for the replace the seed-wire by eliminating the damaged part of the seed-wire and continuously using the existing seed-wire. CONSTITUTION: A seed wire(100) grows or reduces silicon mono-crystal. A seed wire connecting unit connects the seed wire and a seed chuck connecting unit. A connecting unit connects a wire and a seed chuck. The connecting unit includes two holes, and two wires are in connection with the connecting unit. A knot(102) fixes the seed wire to the connecting unit.
