OPERATIONAL TRANS-CONDUCTANCE AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: An operational trans-conductance amplifier circuit is provided to improve linearity by effectively removing a non-linear current. CONSTITUTION: An operational trans-conductance amplifier circuit(100) comprises a main amplifier(110) and a CMFF(Common Mode Feed Forward) part(120). The main amplifier is connected between a power voltage terminal and a ground terminal. The main amplifier generates an output voltage by converting a first and second input voltage into a current. The main amplifier includes an inverter. The CMFF part removes a non-linear current which is generated in the main amplifier by generating a common mode current. The current that is outputted from the main amplifier has a linearity property regardless of the level of a common mode voltage.
