PURPOSE: An oxygen pump controlling the oxygen content of an indoor by supplying the oxygen of outdoor air to the indoor is provided to produce oxygen using electricity which is generated by using hydrogen, produced by water electrolysis, and the oxygen of outdoor air. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen pump comprises an electrolysis part(10), a fuel cell part(20) and a power supply part(30). The electrolysis part electrolyzes water to produce oxygen and hydrogen to be supplied to an indoor. The hydrogen produced by electrolysis is supplied to a fuel intake pipe(22) of the fuel cell part. The outer air is supplied to an air intake pipe(24) of the fuel cell part.
