PURPOSE: A composition for bone regeneration is provided, which facilitates pourability and shape preserving property and obtains excellent osteanagenesis effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for bone regeneration comprises: pulverized demineralized bone matrix; non-pulverized demineralized bone matrix; and hydrate. The particle size of the pulverized demineralized bone matrix is 0.05-250 micrometers. The hydrate is one or more kind selected from a group consisting of distilled water, saline solution, concentration saline solution and ionized water. The hydrate contains liquid polyhydroxy compound.
