A METHOD OF A SECONDARY BATTERY AND COLLECTOR HAVING NON-ETCHING

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a high purity collector for an electric double layer and a secondary battery with a non-etching part is provided to increase capacitance by increasing the surface of an aluminum foil through electrochemical etching according to a frequency. CONSTITUTION: An etching pit is formed by a second preprocess in 5% phosphoric acid for 30 seconds to 3 minutes after a first preprocess of the aluminum foil of 10 to 110 um in 5 to 20% NaOH of 25 to 75 degrees centigrade. The etching pit is etched in an electrolyte with hydrochloric acid of 2 to 8M and sulfuric acid of 0.05 to 2M. The etching foil is impregnated in two carbon plates of an indirect feeding mode counter electrode. The etching foil is dried with nitric acid of 0.1N or less at 200 to 300 degrees centigrade for 10 to 60 seconds.
