CHECK VALVE AND COMPRESSOR HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A check valve maximizing oil separation performance and a compressor including the same are provided to prevent the counter flow of refrigerant by separating oil from the refrigerant and discharging out. CONSTITUTION: A check valve comprises a hollowed body(210), a valve body(220), a cap(230) and a compressing member(240). The hollowed body comprises an inlet port(215), an outlet port(211) and a through hole. The refrigerant mixed with oil flows in the inlet port. The through hole has a drain hole and connects the inlet port and the outlet port. The valve body controls the flow of refrigerant, to the outlet hole from the inlet port, and moves in the main body. The cap covers the opening part of the main body.
