PURPOSE: A heater is provided to prevent energy waste and improve warming effect by vacuumizing the entire container except for a gravy container. CONSTITUTION: A heater includes an electric rice cooker body, an electric heater plate(12), a rice pot(11), an electronic circuit box(16), and a rice cooker lid(18). The electric rice cooker is dually formed. The electric heater plate is embedded in the body. The rice cooker is received on the electric heat plate. An electronic circuit box is embedded in the side of the rice cooker. The rice cooker lid is vacuumized.
