PURPOSE: A producing method of a bean flour vacuum pack is provided to mass-produce the bean flour vacuum pack using various kinds of beans, and to store bean flour for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a bean flour vacuum pack comprises the following steps: mixing boiled beans with water in a ratio of 2:3, and crushing to make soymilk; dehydrating the soymilk using a dehydrator, for sifting bean-curd dregs; drying the soymilk using a high pressure spraying method inside a high temperature storage to make bean flour; drying the bean-curd dregs to make bean pastes for bean-curd soup; and vacuum packing the bean flour and bean-curd dregs using a packing machine.
