<p>PURPOSE: A polishing roller for a glass substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove foreign materials on a glass substrate and facilitate planarization process simply and efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A polishing roller for a glass substrate comprises a shaft assembly(20), an inside skin part, and a polishing part. The inside skin part is coupled with the external side of the shaft assembly. The inside skin part is made of elastic materials. A first groove and a second groove are formed on a polishing part(40). The first groove(42) is inserted and coupled in the external side of the inside skin part in a barrel shape. The first groove is repeatedly formed on the surface with wave pattern of the identical cycle. The second groove(44) is repeatedly formed with the wave pattern of the identical cycle to intersect with the first groove.</p> |
