<p>PURPOSE: A cutting ruler having a bottom scratch and shaking preventing function is provided to prevent a bottom from scratching by buffering a knife blade with a buffer member. CONSTITUTION: A cutting ruler having a bottom scratch and shaking preventing function comprises a base member(10), a moving member(12), and a connecting member(14). A buffer member(20) is detachably attached to the base member. The buffer member is directly contacted to a blade of a cutter knife along the longitudinal direction. The moving member is raised upwardly on the base member to insert an object. The moving member has a cutting guide groove(38). The blade of the cutter knife is inserted in the cutting guide groove. The cutting guide groove guides the cutting line. The connecting member is rotatably connected to one end of the base member and one end of the moving member through first and second connecting shafts(34,36). The connecting member connects the base member and the moving member each other.</p> |
