<p>PURPOSE: A transfer unit of a screen print device for a solar cell is provided to uniformly transfer a wafer and stably support the load of the wafer by implementing a transfer mechanism using the rolling operation of a roller. CONSTITUTION: A transfer unit comprises a plurality of rollers and a conveyer belt. A plurality of rollers(12) are positioned in a plurality of roller receiving holes(11) formed on a table(10) and transfers a wafer by being closely adhered to the bottom of the wafer. A conveyer belt(13) drives and supports the rollers. Each roller is arranged in parallel to a belt width direction and is uniformly arranged in the length direction of the belt to uniformly support the wafer.</p> |
