The invention relates to the field of wind-power engineering and can be used in wind-driven electric plants with vertical axis of rotation. The wind guide device for windmill contains wind guide walls (2-1à2-12), located radially on axes of rotation around the windmill turbine. Each wall (2-1à2-12) is equipped with magnetic locks and springs located between the movable part of the wall and its axis of rotation, the axes being located near the turbine. The result of the invention is to extend the application field.
