HEAT SPREADER AND FLAT DISPLAAY APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME HEAT SPREADER

PURPOSE: A heat spreader and a flat panel display apparatus including the same are provided to easily transfer heat by forming a flat surface on the upper side of the apparatus and directly discharging the heat through a chassis base. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of protrusion parts(12) is formed on a heat spreader(10). The protrusions parts are concave to a thickness direction. The heat spreader is composed of a mixture containing thermally conductive filler and a binder. An air channel(14) is formed between protrusion parts. The protrusions parts are attached on one side of a flat panel display panel. A double sided tape is attached to one side of the flat panel display panel which corresponds to the external side of the heat spreader.
