PURPOSE: A heat spreader and a plasma display apparatus including the same are provided to prevent the generation of short-circuit in the apparatus by mixing thermally conductive filler and a binder. CONSTITUTION: A heat spreader(160) is located on the rear side of a tape carrier package. Thermally conductive powder is composed of a binder mixed material. The thermally conductive powder is composed of a mixture containing one or more composition selected from inorganic-based graphite, organic-based graphite, and natural graphite. Driving circuit boards(140,142,144,146,148,150) drive a panel(112). A tape carrier package electrically connects the panel and the driving circuit boards. |
