PURPOSE: A charge pump is provided to prevent the reduction of an output voltage due to the charge of a parasitic capacitor by charging the parasitic capacitor using a power supplying voltage. CONSTITUTION: A first boosting unit(100) applies a pre-charge voltage to charge a first metal oxide semiconductor(MOS) capacitor(C1). The first boosting unit boosts the voltage of a connecting node(C) into a first output voltage. A second boosting unit(200) applies a pre-charge voltage to charge a second MOST capacitor(C2). The second boosting unit boosts the voltage of an outputting node(E) into a second output voltage. The charging switch of a parasitic capacitor(S7) is located between the pre-charge voltage and the connecting node.
