PURPOSE: A burner using plasma is provided to completely burn mixed fuel by generating high-temperature heat when the mixed fuel passes through a nozzle and to heat the inner wall of a combustion container in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A burner using plasma comprises a combustion container(1), a DC electricity supply unit(6), a steam supply pipe(13), and a plasma torch unit(9). A mixed fuel supply pipe(3) is wound around the outer surface of the combustion container in a coil shape. The combustion container is used as an anode unit(7). A rod is installed in one side of the combustion container and is used as a cathode unit(8). The steam supply pipe is coupled between the combustion container and the cathode unit and receives steam from a steam generator(12). The plasma torch unit is operated by receiving DC electricity from the DC electricity supply unit. Steam plasma flame with high-temperature is generated in the combustion container.
