PURPOSE: A PLGA(poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)) microparticle containing recombinant HA(hemagglutinin) protein is provided to use in drug delivery treatment using membrane fusion. CONSTITUTION: A PLGA microparticle for vaccine for influenza virus is manufactured by W/O/W double emulsion microencapsulation of recombinant HA protein as an antigenic epitope. In the antigenic epitope, 1-16th amino acid residue of HA1 protein having amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 are deleted and 30th amino acid residue is substituted from cystein to serine.
