PURPOSE: A measuring apparatus and a measuring system including the same are provided to accurately measure the movement of a pile structure by referring to the absolute reference, the gravity direction. CONSTITUTION: A measuring apparatus(50) comprises a main body(60), a hinge coupling unit(70), a connecting member(72), a level gauge and a base. The main body is installed one of a plurality of piles laid under a pile structure. The hinge coupling unit is hinge on the main body to be rotated about the main body. The connecting member connects the hinge coupling unit to another pile. The level gauge measures the tilt angle of the hinge coupling unit with respect to the gravity direction. The base is installed in the hinge coupling unit.
