PURPOSE: A packaging method for white organic light emitting device and a white organic light emitting lamp are provided to improve color stability and color conversion efficiency by packing a blue diode as well as fluorescent material layer to be isolated from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A white light-emitting organic electro-luminescent comprises a fluorescent material layer(40) for color conversion and a blue diode(20). The fluorescent material layer is formed on the inner wall of the case. A blue diode is installed inside the case. The inside of the case is vacuum or has inert gas while is e sealed hermetically from the outside. The fluorescent material layer comprises an Eu- organic compound and rubrene.
