FORMING METHOD OF EMBOSSING ON NATURAL FIBER

PURPOSE: An embossing method of a natural fiber is provided to minimize lowering of matter properties of the natural fiber when embossing the natural fiber. CONSTITUTION: A cross-linking agent 2~5 weight part and a scavenger 0.4~0.8 weight part are mixed in water 100 weight part. The natural fiber is padded in a manufactured hardener so that the natural fiber is 55~65% wet-picked up. A water containing rate of the natural fiber is 15~25 weight% by heating the padding natural fiber. Embossing the natural fiber is performed at 170~200 degrees for 10~30 seconds. A thermal process of the natural fiber is performed. The natural fiber is impregnated in a softening agent. Hot wind drying of the natural fiber is performed.
