PURPOSE: An actual scheduling based EPG(Electronic Program Guide) providing device and a recording medium capable of deciphering with a computer which records the program for realizing thereof are provided to match the start time of the broadcasting program which is provided from the EPG and the actual transmission start time of the broadcasting program. CONSTITUTION: A programming information receiving unit(510) receives the organization information about a broadcasting program which a program provider system is provided from an EPG server. The organization information receiving part receives the actual transmission information about the broadcasting program from the program provider system. An EPG information generator(550) generates the EPG information based on the organization information and the actual transmission information. An EPG information transfer part(570) transmits the EPG information to a receiver.
