AUTO CONTROL SYSTEM FOR PUMPING LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE/MORTAR

PURPOSE: A construction automation system for aerated concrete and mort, capable of controlling the discharge rate of aerated concrete and mortar is provided to increase and decrease the discharge rate of the aerated concrete and mortar. CONSTITUTION: A construction automation system(10) for aerated concrete and mort comprises a suction exhaust unit(210), a pressure generating unit(220), and an aerated concrete/mortar convey device. The suction exhaust unit comprises an inlet, an outlet, and a pressure hole. Aerated concrete/mortar slurry flows into the inlet form an aerated concrete/mortar mixing device. The outlet discharges the aerated concrete/mortar slurry. Intake pressure and exhaust pressure is created through the pressure hole. The pressure generating unit generates the intake pressure and exhaust pressure.
