PURPOSE: A window seal for a ship and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the closing power and buffering effect of a window glass since multiple projections are uniformly formed on the lower part of the window seal. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a window seal for a ship comprises following steps. Mixture is manufactured of rubber polymer, ZnO(Zinc Oxide), MgO(Magnesium Oxide), hallogen flame retardant, aluminum hydroxide, and carbon black. The high heat air is supplied to the inside of the first vulcanizing tank to raise the surface temperature of the seal material. The seal material is secondarily vulcanized by the exercise of the electronics at 310~330°C. The seal material is vulcanized in the third vulcanization bath at 210~230°C for 150 seconds. The vulcanized window seal material is cooled during 30 seconds.
