<p>A cushion (1) for anti-hail protection of vehicles is solving holistically the problem of protection of vehicles and persons from hail and small airborne particles in stormy weather. The cushion (1) for anti-hail protection of vehicles, which is made of plastified linen or rubberised linen material, is designed so that the complete vehicle and all its faces are covered by it and that it is attached all around at the bottom of the vehicle with a strong rope (2) which is inserted through holes (8) on the rim of the cushion. The cushion is cut at the driver's door (3) in order to enable a driver too to withdraw from hail and wait in the vehicle. According to the invention, the cushion is about 5 cm thick and is inflated, after placement on the vehicle, with the air that is delivered from an electric pump (4) connected to the voltage of 12 V or 220 V. It is made of several air compartments (5) and inflated completely after supplying air through a hose (6-A) attached to one of the air compartments. The cushion can be applied also in cases of uncovered car parks to protect a vehicle for a longer time after the placement and, besides, can be used as a protection against sunlight, dust or tree resin.</p> |
