PURPOSE: A belt press including a moisture adsorption felt is provided to improve the diagonal and symmetric accuracy by dividing a frame to an upper side and a lower side. CONSTITUTION: A belt press including a moisture adsorption felt includes a frame(1100), and a moisture adsorption felt high pressure dehydration unit(1400). The frame includes a lower frame(1110) and an upper frame(1120). The lower frame includes a gravity dehydration unit(1510), and first, second, and third pressing rolls(1520,1530,1540) for removing the moisture from sludge. The upper frame includes a high pressure belt and the moisture adsorption felt high pressure dehydration unit.
