The system has an evolutionary assembly of different geometrical formed structured surfaces i.e. two-dimensional or three dimensional structured surfaces, provided according to different existing conditions of a flow of a fluid along a wall. The surfaces are in transversal direction with respect to principal direction of the flow. The wall constitutes a rotary movement animated blade and an upper surface of a wing. An independent claim is also included for a method for reduction of drag force applied to a wall subjected to a flow of a fluid.
