#CMT# #/CMT# The device (1) has a plate-shaped base body (2) i.e. circular ring, comprising two receiving- and guiding units (6, 7) at its upper and lower sides (3, 5) for receiving and guiding two intersecting cables (8, 9), respectively. The receiving- and guiding units are rotatably arranged opposite to each other around an axis that is perpendicular to the base body. The receiving- and guiding units have open guiding channels (12, 13) running parallel to the upper and lower sides, respectively, where the guiding channels are formed as snapping devices. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device for guiding two intersecting cables, threads and strings on hard tissue structures i.e. curved bone surface, for osteosynthetic cerclage during a surgery (all claimed) in case of fractures of humerus. Can also be used for fixing soft tissue structures on the hard tissue structures. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The plate-shaped base body has the two receiving- and guiding units at its upper and lower sides for receiving and guiding the two intersecting cables, respectively, thus enabling guiding and fixation of the intersecting cables, threads or strings on the hard tissue structures in a simple and secure manner, reducing maximum localized damage or injury of the bone, reducing trauma of tissue-vacularization and enabling the intersecting cables to be guided and secured diagonally or orthogonally to each other at smallest height while achieving increased primary stabilization of cable-bone-construct.
