PURPOSE: An electrical inspection machine for a light emitting diode is provided to simplify the entire structure of the machine by equipping the light emitting diode device in an elastically conductive sheet. CONSTITUTION: A pair of electrodes is in connection with a first pad and a second pad in order to implement an electrical test. A moving part(20) is movable in one direction. A conductive part(30) is loaded on the moving part. At least the surface of the conductive part is conductive. The lower side of an elastically conductive sheet(40) is in contact with the surface of the conductive part. The upper side of the elastically conductive sheet is in contact with the second pad. |
