THOMSON PRESS SYSTEM WITH PRINTING DEVICE BY DIGITAL CONTROL

PURPOSE: A thomson press system for corrugated cardboards having a printing device capable of digital control is provided to automatically patterns in a printing position through digital control without a printing plate. CONSTITUTION: A thomson press system for corrugated cardboards comprises a sheet transfer unit, a printing device(200), an optical color sensor(300), a sensor(400) for checking the accurate arrival of corrugated cardboards, a printing length analyzing encoder(600), and a printing control unit(500). The sheet transfer unit transfers corrugated cardboards from an automatic paper feeder to a press unit. The printing device injects printing ink in a desired pattern at a printing position. The optical color sensor confirms a marked printing position. The printing length analyzing encoder transmits printing speed and printing range to the printing control unit in order to set a printing start point at the set printing position. The printing control unit receives signals about printing range and printing speed from the printing length analyzing encoder and transmits an injection signal to the printing unit.
