<p>PURPOSE: A speaker unit and a display apparatus therewith are provided to facilitate the sound emission thereof in one direction by including an unsymmetrical vibration plate. CONSTITUTION: Cabinets(10,20) encloses a display module, and a speaker unit(40) emits sound to the outside of the cabinet through an edge unit forming the external appearance of the cabinets. The speaker unit includes a speaker operating unit(42) and an unsymmetrical vibration plate(43) to generates vibration. The unsymmetrical vibration plate predominately performs the sound emission in a certain direction rather than the other direction.</p> |
