PURPOSE: A digital photographing device is provided to obtain data about a clean image although the shaking of a digital photographing device. CONSTITUTION: An image photographing element(30) generates data from light entered through lens unit. The photographing element is arranged to the image photographing element base(32). A photodiode integrated circuit(34) is arranged on the photographing element base. An image photographing base actuator moves the photographing element base. The image photographing base actuator controls the location of an image photographing element.
