PURPOSE: A restart system of a broadcasting program in which a restart stream is a message received from a part appointed according to a user class is provided to view the restart stream by receiving restart stream based on EPG(Electronic Program Guide) information reflecting transmission data. CONSTITUTION: A restart stream generating unit(530) generates a restart stream from a broadcasting program. A user request receive part(540) receives a message the user request requesting the restart of the broadcasting program from receiver. A restart stream transmission unit(550) transmits the restart stream with receiver. A restart controller(560) controls the operation of the restart stream generating unit and restart stream transmission unit based on EPG information. |
