CHIP MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMBUSTABLE-WASTES AND ITS APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A method and a device for producing chips from combustible wastes are provided to maintain high productivity and enable mass production since several chips are pressed and molded once by a single plate of a compression molding machine. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing chips from combustible wastes comprises following steps. Combustible waste is crushed. The crushed combustible waste is put into a heat extruder(30). The crushed garbage is pressed and moved forward by an extruding screw of a heat extruder with being heated, thereby softening garbage. Smoked waste materials are spread flatly on a lower molding plate of a compression molding machine(2). The upper plate(3) of the compression molding machine compresses the smoked waste materials and manufactures plate-shaped molded materials.
