PURPOSE: A heating plate is provided to prevent overheating and to enable remaining heat to be used to the maximum. CONSTITUTION: A heating plate(100) comprises an upper member(110), a lower member(120) and a support member(190). Foodstuffs are placed on the top of the upper member. The lower member is connected to the upper member and the lower side faces a heat source. Both ends of the support member are respectively fixed to the inner side of the upper member and the inner side of the lower member and prevents the twisting of the lower member due to the temperature difference between areas. The upper and lower members are spaced from each other and to form a closed space(130) between them. Heat medium fluid(150) is filled in the closed space.
