PURPOSE: A field electron emission apparatus is provided to easily perform a packaging operation by securing a space between an anode panel and a gate panel using a spacer. CONSTITUTION: An anode pane(10) forms an anode electrode, a fluorescent material layer, and a reflective layer on the lower side of an upper substrate. A gate panel(30) seals a cathode panel using a sealing part. In the cathode panel, a cathode electrode and an emitter are formed on the upper side of a lower substrate. The gate panel is arranged between the anode panel and the cathode panel. An upper supporting part and a lower supporting part are integrated to form a spacer(40).
