#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a hinge for articulating a panel (2) e.g. rail, relative to a frame (1), and with a tenon in projection with the panel periphery and engaged in a housing arranged in a tab of the frame. A pivoting axle transversely extends in the tenon and the housing, and has a spindle (8) constituted of an outer tubular part and an inner part (14) that are mounted relative to each other and axially separated relative to each other by a helical compression spring.
